Move an existing library

If you have a classroom library and move to another school in the district, you can take your books with you.

Notes:

  • For more information, watch this video.
  • Student data and circulation information does not transfer. Only titles will be moved.

To move an existing library:

  1. Log in to Destiny.
  2. From the primary navigation bar, select Applications menu icon. > Classroom Library. The Welcome page appears.

  3. Click Move your library. A pop-up appears.
  4. From the Move drop-down, select the desired option.

    Note: If you select Only Teacher Purchased Titles, then only books with a funding source of 'Teacher Purchased' will be moved.

  5. Click Move Library. District Classroom Library Manager opens.

  6. Update your profile information (if needed), and then click Done.

Notes:

  • If your primary grade has changed, select a new one from the drop-down.
  • Depending on how Classroom Library Manager is set up at your district, titles might show a pending status if your primary grade has changed.
