Enable audience-level reasons

When you manage titles at the district level, you can let teachers see the reason you provide for setting a specific audience level.

Notes:

Important: Both the Enable district management of classroom titles and Enforce audience levels for checkboxes must be selected before you can enable the Teachers can see audience level reasons checkbox.

To enable audience-level reasons:

  1. Log in to Destiny as a district-level administrator.
  2. From the primary navigation bar, select Applications menu icon. > Classroom Library. The Classroom Directory page appears.

  3. From the sidebar, click Settings.
  4. In the Specific district oversight and classroom library communications row, click Collapsible menu icon..
  5. Under Teachers and staff settings, select the Teachers can see audience level reasons checkbox.

  6. Click Done.

Note: Once this setting is enabled, teachers can click a title in their library to see the reason you provided when you set the audience level.
