View the dashboard and reports

The dashboard shows a summary of your library activity. See the total number of books, unique titles, and more. And, you can access valuable data with reports.

To view the dashboard:

The data that appears on the Dashboard page depends on how Classroom Library Manager is set up at your district.
A unique title means there are no duplicates with that exact title and author.

From the sidebar, click Dashboard.
Select any category to see its details.

By default, some reports do not appear on the Reports page. For example, to see the Overdue report, you must enable the Overdue Books checkbox on the Settings page.
You must add students to Classroom Library Manager to view reports for categories such as Checkouts and Popular in My Class.

From the sidebar, click Reports.
Select any report to see its details.

The following table describes the available reports:

Category	Report	Lets you see...
Checkouts	By Student Currently Out	Number of books each student has checked out, as well as their checkout history. List of books currently checked out of your library. See the date they were checked out and to whom.
My Books	Funding Sources Never Read Library Overview	All your books by funding source. You can also see a list of titles with no funding source. Number of unread books in your library. Your library's books by type, level, and genre distribution.
Popular In My Class	Bins Authors Books Series	Bins with the most checkouts. Authors with the most checkouts. You can also see a list of books by a particular author (click Books by this author). Books with the most checkouts. Series with the most checkouts. You can also see the number of checkouts for each title in the series by clicking .
