Run reports

District and site-level administrators can generate reports on title insights, unclaimed classroom libraries, and public-facing links.

Notes:

  • Reports are automatically generated each night.
  • Rerun a report anytime for the latest data.

To access a report:

  1. Log in to Destiny as a district or site-level administrator.
  2. From the primary navigation bar, select Applications menu icon. > Classroom Library. The Classroom Directory page appears.

  3. From the sidebar, click Reports. The Reports page appears.

The following table describes the available reports:

Report Name Description
Title Insight Report

See title-level data across all classroom libraries to gain insights into title usage and distribution.

Notes:

  • District-level administrators can view titles shared across classroom libraries throughout the district, including the number of classrooms, grade levels, and schools associated with each title.
  • Site-level administrators can view titles shared across classroom libraries throughout their school, along with the number of classrooms containing each title and their grade levels.

In the Title Insight Report row, do any of the following:

  • If the report has not been previously generated, click Run icon..
  • To rerun the report, click Rerun icon..
  • To download the report, click Download icon.. The CSV file downloads to your browser's Downloads folder.

    Note: Exported information includes title, author, ISBN(s), date added, audience level, site name(s) (district-level users only), classroom count, and grade level(s).

Unclaimed Classroom Library Report

Identify teachers at your school(s) who have not yet claimed their classroom library.

In the Unclaimed Classroom Library Report row, do any of the following:

  • If the report has not been previously generated, click Run icon..
  • To rerun the report, click Rerun icon..
  • To download the report, click Download icon.. The CSV file downloads to your browser's Downloads folder.

    Note: Exported information includes site name (district-level users only), library display name, library user name, grade level, and email address.

Public Facing Link Report

View and share public-facing URLs for your school(s) and classroom libraries for users who don't have DCLM access.

In the Public Facing Link Report row, do any of the following:

  • If the report has not been previously generated, click Run icon..
  • To rerun the report, click Rerun icon..
  • To download the report, click Download icon.. The CSV file downloads to your browser's Downloads folder.

    Notes:

    • Exported information for district-level administrators includes site name, site public-facing URL - summary only, and site public-facing URL - classroom filter.

    • Exported information for site-level administrators includes site public-facing URL - summary only, site public-facing URL - classroom filter, library display name, library user name, grade level, library type (flexible or classroom), and classroom library public-facing URL.

All Reports

Download multiple reports simultaneously as separate CSV files.

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the desired report(s).
  2. At the top-right corner, click Download CSV.Each CSV file downloads to your browser's Downloads folder.
