Claim a library

If a district-level administrator adds books to District Classroom Library Manager during initial setup, teachers will need to claim their library.

To claim a library:

  1. Log in to Destiny.
  2. From the primary navigation bar, select Applications menu icon. > Classroom Library. The Welcome page appears.

  3. Click Check for available libraries. A pop-up appears.

  1. Type your email address in the field, and then click Claim Library. A confirmation message appears.

  1. If the information is correct, click Claim Library. District Classroom Library Manager opens.

  2. Update your profile information (if needed), and then click Done.

Notes:

  • If your primary grade has changed, select a new one from the drop-down.
  • A Student Kiosk Password is required, even if you choose not to use a student kiosk.
  • A Library Display Name is recommended to help identify your classroom library. For example, Ms. Gibson's 3rd Grade.
